The vest is made of a medium weight woven, printed cotton. The print has a black on burgundy background pattern
with Egyptian-looking icons printed in gold and black. Although, from a distance the pictures remind me of Easter
Island heads. The vest is lined with lightweight black satin and has brass buttons and a brass buckle for the tie
back.
Here's another vest I made for my husband. The fabric is a quilting-weight cotton in a variegated blue overprinted
with gold squiggly lines. Its not a very good picture and the vest definitely fits him better than it does the
hanger.
