One wet autumn day I was driving down a local road that I had driven hundreds of times. I rounded a corner, and was stunned by what I saw. There was a pair of trees framing the road. The bark was dark, almost black, from the rain, and their leaves were luminous yellow. It was so gorgeous! That was a really great day and I made this frame to remind myself how easy it is to overlook the beauty in our everyday surroundings.
